About the Role

Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a Sales Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance management of our sales teams.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with HOB to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Team Performance: Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams, providing guidance and coaching to ensure targets and KPIs are met.

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office apps, specifically Word and Excel.
  3. Language: Fluency in English written and spoken.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  6. Client Relationships: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  7. Presentation Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
