We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline data.
- 10+ years of experience in solution-oriented software sales, preferably in the security-based solutions space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partner development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter attitude.
