About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline data.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in solution-oriented software sales, preferably in the security-based solutions space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter attitude.
