Main Responsibilities- Lead the Technical Cleanliness team to ensure best-in-class battery cells and modules.
- Identify contamination-related risks, collect and analyze particles, and conduct DOEs to specify the contamination impact at the product & process level.
- Implement countermeasures to reduce contamination and improve the organization.
- Drive contamination-related DOEs & support technical teams with associated product & process specification.
- Lead the cleanliness audit and actions plans.
- Facilitate Contamination FMEAs and conduct continuous technical cleanliness improvement plans using VDA 19.
- Train Verkor collaborators on the technical cleanliness mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with experience in Quality management in the automotive sector or similar.
- Aptitude to engage and influence other functions involved in facility management & operation & product/process development.
- Aptitude for training and summarizing complex topics.
- Demonstrate ability to act in a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with little need for escalation.
- Fluent French & English.
- Continuous improvement and a solution mindset.
- Highly organized, results-driven and an eye for details.
