Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our growing team in Nantes. As a Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support for their technical queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical customer issues through the Jira Service Desk portal.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot highly technical issues, delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers.
  • Work with teams across the Product Department to ensure the reliability of technical qualifications.
  • Improve your skillset through training and exposure to other programming languages featured in Akeneo products.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the Support team and help your teammates grow their skills.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in application development or level 3 technical support.
  • Good knowledge of PHP and SQL.
  • Working understanding of Cloud-based infrastructures (GCP, AWS…).
  • Comfortable with Linux, VMs, and containerized applications.
  • Experience with a ticketing system (Jira or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with technical and non-technical customers.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with native speakers at a professional level.
