We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordination Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our railway projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to Region throughout the Tender process, focusing on construction methodology and scheduling.
- Define a suitable sequence of works and tender methodology, ensuring seamless transfer into tender project schedules.
- Assist Bid planning managers in preparing first-time chainage estimates for main activities.
- Instruct and coordinate with product lines to perform estimations with homogenous and validated assumptions.
- Coordinate construction activities with partners and phasing.
- Support the narrative explaining the schedule from a technical perspective.
- Provide support to Region during early mobilization of the OPC team, focusing on construction staging, sequencing, and phasing.
- Perform peer reviews with the OPC team and construction team to evaluate maturity and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor construction progress and readiness of construction interfaces and method documentation.
- Ensure on-time delivery for each bid, including overall method statements and construction requirements.
- Construction coordination experience on railway projects.
- Good overall knowledge of railway systems, projects, and technologies.
- Knowledge of scheduling methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Team management skills.
