About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Sales and Marketing Director B2B to lead our global sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that expands our reach in the SMB sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to expand Back Market's reach in the SMB sector, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of talented sales professionals, providing coaching and development to ensure team members meet and exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of targets, leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Success, Supply, and Product to provide the best possible solutions to our customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to ongoing account management.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating these insights into strategic opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, including substantial experience in SaaS Sales, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and CRM management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics within the SMB sector.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage CRM tools for sales optimization and customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team, with experience in setting goals and driving team performance.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
