Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation and management.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs and prepare and present reports and forecasts.
  • Create and manage the sales and marketing budget and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure coordination of sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in restructuring sales teams and account handling.
  • Ability to demonstrate examples of achieving sales growth in new territories.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to handle and evaluate data.
