Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Page Executive. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and building long-term relationships with key clients. You will analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and develop, implement, and manage long-term sales strategies to increase the company's market share both in Poland and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the sales team and build long-term relationships with key clients
* Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
* Develop, implement, and manage long-term sales strategies to increase the company's market share
* Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with clients

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in management, marketing, or economics
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a managerial sales role within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in team management
* In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market, experience in private label sales, and working with retail chains and B2B clients
* Fluency in English
