About the Position:We are in search of a dynamic HVAC Business Manager (M/F) to become part of a team of 25 experts within a larger collective of 300 professionals focused on HVAC projects in the Savoie/Haute Savoie/Isère region. In this role, you will report directly to the commercial director and undertake a range of responsibilities such as preparing project estimates, managing projects through to completion in collaboration with site managers and administrative staff, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, procuring necessary materials, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
You will receive comprehensive training on our company’s products upon your arrival, and there are opportunities for career progression into roles such as Works Manager or Technical Sales, depending on your skills and aspirations.
Profile:
Your Profile: We are looking for candidates with a degree in Commerce and preferably some experience in a Business Manager role. A keen interest in HVAC projects and a willingness to learn about the industry are essential, even if you lack prior experience. Familiarity with Excel and management tools is advantageous. Strong customer relationship skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach are critical for success in this position.
