Regional Sales Manager (West and North Europe)

Suprema Europe SARL is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in West and North Europe. As a key member of our local sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reselling and installation partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a competitive industry environment
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profit improvement
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
