Digital Project Manager - Altice Media

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Digital Project Manager to lead our cross-functional project management team within the dynamic environment of Altice Media. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital projects by fostering collaboration, implementing best practices, and driving successful project delivery.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Direct a team of skilled professionals including Digital Project Managers, Broadcast Project Managers, and Cross-Functional Project Managers (8-10 individuals). Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
  • Methodological Integration: Develop and implement standardized project methodologies across digital and broadcast teams, drawing inspiration from agile and ceremonial practices. Ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing between departments.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Digital Team and merging tech, broadcast, digital, and IT teams. Promote a culture of transparency and shared goals.
  • Project Prioritization & Roadmap Development: Define clear project priorities within the Digital Team, aligning with overall business objectives. Contribute to the development and execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including tech, editorial, product, production, advertising, and artistic teams. Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
