We are seeking a Manager of Cross-Functional Partnerships to enhance our strategic alliances. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will oversee significant partnerships and facilitate global and cross-product collaboration opportunities. The position will involve close cooperation with partnership teams across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, B2B, and golf, ensuring that partners engaged with multiple products have a single point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for cross-functional partners collaborating with Lightspeed across diverse products and regions.
  • Align our strategic objectives with major partners such as Apple, Google, and Uber, who engage with Lightspeed across multiple product lines and regions.
  • Manage essential partner categories that exhibit significant overlap across Lightspeed's product offerings, including accounting, loyalty, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external commercial and legal teams to negotiate agreements with cross-functional partners.
  • Organize regular meetings with key partners to ensure they understand Lightspeed's priorities and how they can contribute.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for incoming partnership inquiries that span multiple product lines and regions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate agreements across entities, regions, and various products with cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize connections and relationships with key partners to pinpoint industry trends and opportunities for Lightspeed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships within the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growing context.
  • Proven ability to both define strategy and execute plans that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience engaging with executives both internally across functions and externally with partners.
  • A track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across different regions and building inclusive teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability while also collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Proven capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and business judgment; alignment with our core values is essential.
