About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Projects Expert to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and sales specialists in the Motion sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical advice and solutions to customers and sales specialists on ABB products and systems.
  2. Conduct analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution for customers.
  3. Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve customer problems, ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  4. Ensure achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and countries.
Requirements
  • At least Bac +2 technical training (Electrical engineering preferred).
  • Highly skilled working with relevant tools and methodologies in the Motion market.
  • 10 years of experience in sales with a focus on the Motion sector.
  • Expertise in speed variation and rotating machines.
  • Financial knowledge and ability to build a budget.
  • Comfortable communicating in French and English (B2 level).
  • Holds a current VISA work permit valid in France.
