Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify and expand the external labor agency resource pool, ensuring higher labor quality and lower labor costs. Collaborate with the procurement team on contract negotiation and signing.
- Develop scorecards and evaluation processes to assess the performance of external labor agencies and implement reward and punishment systems accordingly.
- Analyze labor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings by managing online attendance and monitoring productivity. Respond to business requests and liaise with external labor agencies to ensure sufficient supply.
- Work on labor billing processes and collaborate with external labor agencies to ensure accurate and timely payment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, preferably with experience in managing external labor agencies in the logistics industry.
2. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical understanding of other platforms.
3. Strong data analytic skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, flexibility, and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands.
5. Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges.
6. Analytical mindset, strong initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Bilingual written and speaking skills are desirable, with English/French proficiency as the primary work language.
