Job Title: Research Associate in Embryonic Stem Cell Differentiation
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated research associate to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. The successful candidate will conduct studies combining single-cell multi-omics screens and functional in vitro assays to identify transcription factors and signaling pathways controlling CNCC reprogramming.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies combining single-cell multi-omics screens and functional in vitro assays to identify transcription factors and signaling pathways controlling CNCC reprogramming.
- Determine the levels and timing of Oct4 reexpression necessary for CNCC reprogramming using established in vitro differentiation protocols.
- Work within a multidisciplinary biomedical research center that offers state-of-the-art facilities, technical support, and conceptual expertise to support the successful completion of the project.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field, with substantial knowledge of neural crest development and/or embryonic stem cell differentiation protocols.
- Experience in sequencing methods or data analysis is highly desirable.
- A strong interest in developmental biology, transcriptional regulation, and pluripotency programs.
