About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Expert to join our team at ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS). As a key member of our Operational Excellence Expertise Centre, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in investment banking or a related field. You will be responsible for conducting impact assessments, coordinating stakeholders, and managing transversal projects and programs. Your analytical and communication skills will be essential in identifying and addressing business needs and developing solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. If you have a passion for business transformation and a proven track record of successful delivery, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct impact assessments of new products, activities, and businesses
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage transversal projects and programs
  • Develop and implement business solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ensure data quality and process standards in new product processes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering and/or economics, with at least 10-15 years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of energy products and financial markets
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
