Job Purpose

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Stericycle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
