Business Development Opportunity
CompuGroup Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to drive commercial growth and expansion of our core customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for market entries and expansions.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets and due diligence opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial growth, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven working style and hands-on mentality.
- Assertiveness to discuss and coordinate topics with senior leadership teams.
- Strong teaming skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
- Solid German and English language skills.
