Business Development Opportunity

CompuGroup Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to drive commercial growth and expansion of our core customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for market entries and expansions.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition targets and due diligence opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial growth, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven working style and hands-on mentality.
  • Assertiveness to discuss and coordinate topics with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong teaming skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
  • Solid German and English language skills.
