Are you an experienced professional with a strong focus on managing international mobility to enhance our global talent strategy?
Within the Group HR framework, you will be part of the International Mobility Solutions team, responsible for crafting, defining, and executing our International Mobility strategy. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating international relocations across various Group entities and regions, utilizing a unified international mobility platform, framework, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
International Mobility Policy: Contribute to the design and implementation of the International Mobility strategy, ensuring adherence to policies while leveraging best practices and proposing enhancements based on business requirements. Entity Relations: Act as the primary liaison for entities, building trustworthy relationships to understand their talent strategies and business challenges. Focus on improving efficiency and the experience of assignees, addressing escalations, and ensuring alignment with the ONE AXA approach. Expert Advisory: Provide expert guidance on complex cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes from the team. Collaborate with key stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Legal, and Finance to facilitate smooth execution and maintain transparency. Talent Management: Offer insights through analysis and reporting to inform talent management initiatives in collaboration with dedicated Group HR teams. Provider Management: Oversee the management and coordination of service providers, transversal processes, and ad hoc projects or analyses. Team Leadership: Manage and develop the team to ensure optimal performance. Candidate ProfileA minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in Rewards or International Mobility, within an international context. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge in social security, immigration, tax, and labor law. Proven ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining pragmatic and results-oriented. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous. Excellent leadership and people management capabilities. About AXA
