Resource Mobilization Specialist

CIMMYT is a leading international organization dedicated to solving complex problems in agriculture. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Donor Relations and Fundraising Support Unit as a Resource Mobilization Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance resource mobilization efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of funding opportunities and prospects to support meeting preparation and decision-making processes.
- Maintain a database of donor profiles and funding cycles for targeted outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand funding priorities and requirements.
- Any other activity requested by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or International Development.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in resource mobilization or fundraising.
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in donor research and stakeholder engagement is desirable.
- Advanced level of English.
- The selected candidate should exhibit the following competencies: Project Management, Problem-solving, Proactivity, Relationship with external stakeholders, Customer Orientation, Time management, Teamwork and Communication.
