Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales in European key markets, mainly for the professional audio products designed by Amadeus and its HOLOPHONIX branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales in European key markets
  • Manage high-level projects including the equipment for operas, theaters, museums, and concert halls
  • Drive both direct sales and sales through channel partners
  • Drive sales growth and foster partner development
  • Identify, hire, and coach European territory managers
  • Identify strategic channel partners
  • Plan and manage product launches
  • Forecast and budget local sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of loudspeaker and audio system design
  • Perfect technical understanding of electroacoustics systems and their deployment
  • At least 10 years of experience in the sales of professional audio systems and components within the performing arts (live) industry
  • Proven track record in Business Development and Sales, demonstrating a successful history of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, especially in the musical and performing arts fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
