People Ops

We are looking for a strategic HR leader to oversee payroll topics, ensure compliance with HR processes and data, and build and implement metrics to drive HR performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising payroll topics and ensuring compliance with HR processes and data
  • Building and implementing metrics to drive HR performance
  • Ensuring a good social climate, including gender equality and remote work
Team Management & Budget

The successful candidate will have experience in managing HR teams, building and monitoring budgets, and ensuring each team member has a performance-based roadmap. Key responsibilities include:
