About The Role
Technip Energies recognizes the importance of investing in its people and fostering a culture of continuous learning. We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Program Manager to focus on developing and implementing programs that cultivate a thriving organizational culture centered around knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify learning needs and develop tailored training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences using a variety of methods, including workshops, online courses, mentoring programs, and coaching initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze learning data, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative approaches into our programs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to promote a culture of learning and development.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a Learning & Development role within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs that address specific business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to program evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- International mindset and fluency in English.
