About The Job
We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager to join our team based in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for building individual and organizational capability and knowledge, in the scope of North Europe Africa Operating Centers, to meet current and future requirements.
The Role You Will Play
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and plans to close key gaps for North Europe Operating Centers.
- Coordinate the work of learning points of contact in the North Europe Africa scope, including planning and delivering training sessions, contributing to the learning change culture, and monitoring learning plans and learning hours progress.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and plans for France legal entity, working with managers, leaders, and HRBPs.
- Lead learning and development personnel in France, planning work and monitoring performance.
- Lead the learning and development service provider for France.
- Collaborate internally and externally to lead the design and implementation of learning programs/interventions, including the definition and delivery of learning plans to support major projects.
- Ensure learning plans are defined within the boundaries of the Global Learning Roadmap and global programs from University.
- Lead change management and promote learning programs.
- Negotiate and manage third-party contracts for the delivery of learning and training services, establishing standards and metrics to track delivery.
- Develop and monitor training budgets, systems, and processes to effectively manage and monitor learning activity.
- Ensure learning services are compliant with local and global regulations and standards.
- Lead representative for Learning at internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure that development and deployment processes are in line with our ESG strategy and provide fair access of opportunity for all.

Internally: People & Culture, Department/Business Unit Managers, People & Culture teams in North Europe Africa Operating Centers, Technip Energies University, GBS, employees.
Externally: Suppliers, Learning and Development Consultant Companies, Universities.
Typical Profile and Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent level accreditation OR demonstrable working experience at a similar level in Learning or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning or closely associated discipline, in France and on an international scale.
- Demonstrable stakeholder relationship management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to influence and develop the organization's learning culture.
- Strong planner and change manager.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills (listen, analyze, and influence people).
