Job Summary:

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and positioning our company as a strategic supplier in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage a large territory and work closely with internal sales and technical teams to boost sales of products and services.
  • Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to expand the account base in the region.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
  • Provide effective communication and service to clients and feedback internally.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and management experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical sales background with a successful track record of selling high-tech product solutions.
  • Experience managing a large territory and working remotely from a virtual office.
  • Ability to effectively use software such as Microsoft 365, CRM software.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to clients.
