Join Our Team as a Lead Product Designer F/H Cloud

Altavia, a global retail marketing services company, is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer F/H Cloud to join our team. As a Lead Product Designer F/H Cloud, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our cloud-based platform, Altavia Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of Altavia Cloud, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Manage and grow a team of product designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on cloud-based platforms and marketplaces.
  • Proven experience as a lead or manager of a design team.
  • Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
