Join Altavia Cloud as a Lead Product Designer

Altavia Cloud is a new entity within the Altavia Group, operating in a startup mindset. We're looking for a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our cloud-based platform.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of Altavia Cloud, creating user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business objectives. You will work closely with our Product and Tech teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Design Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to the design team to create cohesive and engaging experiences.
  • Contributing to the roadmap: Collaborate with Product Managers and the Chief Product Officer to prioritize and develop the product roadmap.
  • Designing experiences: Work with the Product and Tech teams to optimize and enrich the user experience, creating interfaces that are intuitive and aligned with user needs.
  • Implementing design practices: Play a key role in optimizing and scaling design practices, improving the design system, and sharing it within the organization and ecosystem.
  • Managing and building a team: Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, inspiring and guiding them to create solutions that meet user needs.
  • User research: Conduct research to improve understanding of user needs and inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B platforms, ideally on a marketplace, with a first experience as a Lead of a design team.
  • Proficiency in Figma to contribute and guide the team in creating impactful and user-centered designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in French and English.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments in complex environments.
  • Proactive, rigorous, and organized to manage multiple projects.
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious, with a desire to participate in a high-impact project.
