Altavia, a global retail marketing services network, is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer F/H - Cloud to join our team. As a key member of our Product & Tech team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our Altavia Cloud platform.
About Altavia Cloud
Altavia Cloud is a new entity within the Altavia Group, operating with a startup mindset, team, and methodologies. Our mission is to develop the technological and business aspects of our software suite, supporting the transformation of the Altavia Group across all territories where we are present.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the design of Altavia Cloud, ensuring a seamless user experience and cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Chief Product Officer to develop and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Design and develop interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
- Implement design best practices, improving and refining our Design System in Figma.
- Manage and grow a team of Product Designers, fostering their professional and personal development.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user understanding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B platforms, preferably on a marketplace, with a lead design role.
- Proficiency in Figma to create impactful and user-centered designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and English.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic with a passion for innovation.
