Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging with product features and advantages. Develop customer-facing materials, such as product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content. Go-to-Market Planning: Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to guarantee successful product rollouts. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of go-to-market strategies. Sales Support: Create sales enablement resources, including sales presentations, competitive analysis tools, and training materials, to assist the sales team in effectively promoting and selling Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions. Facilitate training sessions for sales personnel on product messaging, positioning, and value propositions. Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and challenges. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to prioritize feature improvements and product enhancements based on customer feedback. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work in tandem with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives. Act as a primary liaison between product management and marketing teams to ensure coherence of messaging and positioning with the product roadmap and features.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus. Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B/SAAS or logistics sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product marketing strategies. Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret market data and customer insights for informed decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling messaging and marketing materials. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and working alongside product management, engineering, sales, and marketing departments. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
