About Our Delivery & Operations Team

Our Operations & Delivery team is the driving force behind our projects. Comprising skilled engineers and client-support professionals, we transcend conventional project delivery methods. We design solutions that not only fulfill functional requirements but also excel in non-functional areas such as performance, security, and compliance.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Project Manager, your primary focus will be on Client Satisfaction . You will work closely with project stakeholders to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.

Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and scoping to solution launch and ongoing support.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Grasping client requirements and guiding delivery teams to develop optimal solutions.
  • Overseeing and coordinating project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing among delivery teams.
  • Ensuring coordination between clients and project teams through monitoring, reporting, and regular rituals.
  • Tracking and managing KPIs and project risks.
  • Leading the continuous improvement backlog for the project.
  • Leveraging your expertise in operational excellence to enhance value creation for our clients.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with clients, developers, solution architects, and other stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to explore new topics and grow alongside the organization.
  • Proficiency in both French and English communication.
  • Significant experience managing agile projects.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in Supply Chain operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of more than 10 full-time employees.
