Role OverviewWithin the Risk IT Chief Information Officer (CIO) division, you will become a part of the Risks Transversal Projects team as a Transversal Project Manager. This team's mission encompasses overseeing all transversal initiatives pertinent to the IT Risk teams, including transformation projects, regulatory initiatives, and significant transitions such as the Libor transition.
Your responsibilities will include representing the Risk CIO in steering committees for major projects, ensuring effective coordination and facilitation.
Daily responsibilities will involve:
- Project Monitoring: Overseeing project timelines, ensuring adherence to milestones and budgetary constraints;
- Acting as the Risk IT point of contact for assigned projects, serving as the liaison for the business line;
- Coordinating the efforts of Risk IT teams: Supporting them in achieving objectives set with the business line, ensuring proper prioritization;
- Establishing necessary committees, preparing materials, and drafting reports for effective governance.

Required Skills and QualificationsIdeal candidates will possess at least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager within the market finance sector.
Familiarity with the following is essential:
- Coordination of multiple IT teams;
- Management of significant projects;
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe);
- The domain of market finance.
Candidates should be:
- Recognized for strong communication skills;
- Capable of uniting teams;
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.
