We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Scalian. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business through the development and implementation of business strategies
  • Work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
