Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our operational staff, managing a population of 110 employees, and contributing to the development of our HR policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Analyze needs with operational staff, conduct recruitment interviews, and make offers. A team of recruitment experts will be on hand to support you.
- Personnel Administration: Draw up employment contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.
- Salary Review: An integral part of the process, definition, and monitoring, support for operational staff.
- Payroll: Management of variable payroll elements and validation of the payroll.
- Follow-up of Disciplinary Procedures:
- Training: Monitoring of training needs and monitoring of the training plan.
- Mobility: Management of internal mobility, including international mobility.
- Day-to-day HR Support: For managers and employees.
- HR Reporting:
- Legal Monitoring: Research to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Preparation and Participation of the Work Council:
- Participation in Local and International HR Projects: Climate survey, BDESE, Global Development Mindset, succession plan...
- Deployment of Group Strategy and Projects: At the local level.
Requirements:
Background: Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations. A master's degree or specialized training in Human Resources is highly desirable.
Professional Experience: You have between 6 and 9 years of experience in this type of position, ideally in the Renewable Energies sector.
Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (written, read, and spoken) is essential for progression within our organization. Spanish would be a plus.
Other Skills: Excellent listening and empathy skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines, excellent oral and written communication skills, being proactive, ability to understand, interpret, and apply legal regulations, in-depth knowledge of the organization, jobs, qualifications, remuneration practices, and related administrative practices in France, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
