We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to take on the role of Marketing and Subscriptions Lead. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities aimed at enhancing our revenue streams and expanding our market presence in France.

As the Marketing and Subscriptions Lead for DAZN France, your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and executing robust marketing strategies with precise implementation to boost revenue through customer acquisition, retention, and optimization of conversion rates.
  • Managing CRM, media, and retail strategies, focusing on customer segmentation, targeted outreach, and engagement plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Leading the CRM team in the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluating market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic choices and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Finance and Strategy teams to develop accurate forecasts, business cases, and optimal product pricing strategies.
  • Working alongside Product, Rights, Brand, Content, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Effectively managing resources and monitoring performance against critical metrics and KPIs.
  • Encouraging a data-driven approach within the team, leveraging analytics and insights to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in significant marketing roles, ideally within the telecommunications, OTT, e-commerce, entertainment, or media sectors.
  • Expertise in CRM strategy, product marketing, customer experience, and digital media, with a proven history of driving business growth and revenue generation.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a high-performing team.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the French market, including consumer behavior, media dynamics, and competitive factors.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with practical execution and a hands-on approach.
