Alstom is a leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility. We're looking for a skilled Train Validation Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Your future role
As a Train Validation Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading and converging validation activities across Alstom sites worldwide. You'll deploy and support guidelines, practices, and rules, working closely with teams across the business to facilitate project activities and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Animate the Train Validation Engineers' network from all sites
- Support ex-AT and new AT projects on implementation of processes and operation
- Support development of standard management tools & KPI
- Support tools performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Support & deploy standard development process and testing process
- Support test standardization process/procedures/tools
- Define and deploy standard governances, test execution, Test means, test campaign management
About you

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Railway knowledge
- Knowledge of Railway testing
