About the Role

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Train Validation Engineer to lead and converge validation activities across the world. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting guidelines, practices, and rules, ensuring that all validation processes are understood and followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animate the Train Validation Engineers' network from all sites
  • Support the implementation of processes and operation for ex-AT and new AT projects
  • Develop and support standard management tools and KPIs
  • Measure and improve tools performance
  • Deploy standard development process and testing process
  • Standardize test procedures and tools
  • Define and deploy standard governance, test execution, and test campaign management
About You
