TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager TRS to join our team. As a Key Account Manager TRS, you will be responsible for developing and executing a TRS strategic plan to drive annual profitable growth with assigned account responsibility.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a TRS strategic plan to drive annual profitable growth with assigned account responsibility
- Clearly define regional mega-trends at customer that create growth drivers for tactical and strategic sensor sales and product line development
- Drive comprehensive communication and team alignment to deliver the TRS strategic plan through support from customer care, quality, engineering, product management, operations, and TRS salesforce
- Drive talent enhancements and go-to-market strategy in support of the TRS strategy
- Lead and stand accountable for the regular sales operations, including revenue generation, revenue monitoring and forecasting, new business development and design wins, AR management, and customer relationship management
- Interface between TRS and customer for all sales-related items
- DWIN (Design Wins) and NQBO (New Qualified Business Opportunity) conversion to design wins
- Sales revenue and YoY revenue growth
- Revenue performance to fiscal budget and quarterly forecast commitments
- 7-year strategic growth targets
- Operating income and gross margin targets
- Forecast accuracy
- AR performance – Overdue receivables recovery
- Education: BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Sales & Marketing is preferred
- Employment Experience: 5 years or more
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Working experience with Automotive and/or ICT OEMs and CAMs is preferred
- Ability to identify and motivate talent with emphasis on team development and workforce planning
- Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
- Travel flexibility up to 50%
