Job Title: Youth Support Educator (F/M)

Team Structure: Become a vital member of our dedicated team, which includes a head of service, multiple educators, night supervisors, and support staff, all committed to nurturing the development of young residents.

Your Role:

• Assist young individuals in navigating their daily routines while fostering their independence, social skills, and responsibility.
• Design and execute engaging activity initiatives in collaboration with the youth.
• Participate in communal care tasks such as meal times, recreational outings, and daily routines.
• Contribute to the personalized growth of each young person by documenting insights, aiding in decision-making, and engaging in tailored support.
• Support educational tracking and maintain records of their development.
• Prepare progress reports and engage in formal review discussions as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Possession of a State Diploma in Youth Education, ideally with experience in child welfare.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a background in facilitation and teamwork.
• Experience in educational support within a social care environment and collaboration with families of children in care.
• Understanding of social integration and vocational training pathways.
• Capability to address complex challenges with a balanced perspective.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency in digital tools.
• A valid driver's license is essential.

Contract Details: Temporary employment for a defined period
Classification: Non-executive
Full-time role with flexible scheduling, including occasional weekend duties
Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
