We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Paris. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, providing technical, business, and product support to ensure customer success
- Handle new feature releases, providing training and support to clients
- Collect and provide client feedback to inform product development
- Upsell existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
- Native French language skills
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Web marketing and digital advertising experience
- Technical background and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Mobile marketing or analytics experience
- Product management sense or familiarity
- Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Tracking
