Mission

Cuvée Privée recherche un(e) Customer Success Manager pour rejoindre son équipe Customer Success Management. Cette personne sera chargée de maximiser la satisfaction client en leur donnant le meilleur accompagnement possible.

La mission principale consiste à assurer la relation client, répondre aux questions de nos clients sur tous les canaux, fidéliser nos meilleurs clients de manière créative, gérer les réclamations client et suivre les envois de commandes.

En outre, le(la) Customer Success Manager sera chargé(e) de mettre en place un reporting et une stratégie client pour améliorer le service client.

Compétences requises
  • Étudiant(e) en École de commerce ou équivalent
  • Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles avec une super orthographe
  • À l'aise au téléphone et y passer du temps ne te fait pas peur
  • Sens de la relation client
  • Rigoureux(se), souriant(e), patient(e)
  • Très bonne organisation
  • L'intérêt pour l'univers agroalimentaire particulièrement du vin est un plus
