About the Role
As a Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for optimizing the planning of interventions for our technicians. Your mission will be to ensure the optimal planning of visits, the creation and transmission of intervention reports, and the maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize planned maintenance visits and ensure their timely completion
- Plan interventions based on customer requests, ensuring the coherence of technician movements to maintain optimal customer satisfaction and service quality
- Create and transmit intervention reports to technicians
- Keep customers informed of the status of their requests and collect necessary information for technician intervention
- Monitor interventions, report errors, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in the planning of inventory of spare parts necessary for technician missions
- Provide support to technicians
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in administrative management, logistics, or scheduling (Bac + 2). Ideally, you have a first experience in planning or in the SAV universe. You are dynamic, reactive, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, particularly over the phone. You prioritize customer satisfaction and are recognized for your proactivity.
