Your Role:

As a Global Operations Coordinator, you will support the investment team in managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel. You will also act as a liaison between our HQ teams in France, Tokyo, New York, and Singapore, coordinating global activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the investment team, particularly to Investment Partners
  • Manage complex schedules for Partners
  • Coordinate travels for Partners
  • Prepare agendas for Board meetings
  • Organize regular catch-ups with Partners to discuss upcoming trips and priorities
  • Anticipate Executive needs and ensure seamless support
  • Prioritize meetings and calls for Partners
  • Ensure compliance with policies and coordination with the BO team
  • Coordinate with other assistants to organize internal meetings
  • Provide a qualitative hospitable experience for guests and employees
  • Write and format various documents
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
