Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel expérimenté pour occuper le poste de Key Account Manager dans notre équipe de Magasins Spécialisés.
En tant que Key Account Manager, vous serez chargé de développer les ventes et la pénétration des marques Dorel Juvenile sur le marché français en optimisant la relation commerciale avec les comptes existants, en ouvrant de nouveaux clients et en réalisant vos objectifs de vente.
Vos responsabilités- Développer les ventes et la pénétration des marques Dorel Juvenile sur le marché français
- Optimiser la relation commerciale avec les comptes existants
- Ouvrir de nouveaux clients et réaliser vos objectifs de vente
- Travailler en collaboration avec les autres membres de la Business Unit Magasins Spécialisés
- Assurer un reporting auprès de la responsable de BU
De formation commerciale, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en développement commercial en tant que KAM, responsable de région ou chef des ventes.
Disposant de véritables qualités commerciales, vous maitrisez les techniques de vente ainsi que celles de la négociation. Vous avez une excellente connaissance des circuits de distribution et idéalement en Magasins Spécialisés.
Vous savez être force de proposition (process, méthode de vente, conduite du changement...), vous avez une forte capacité d'adaptation et un réel esprit d'entreprendre. Pragmatique, rigoureux et orienté résultats, vous saurez développer des solutions business innovantes dans le respect de la politique commerciale et des budgets alloués.
Enfin, au-delà de votre excellence opérationnelle, vous savez interagir avec les autres directions de votre entreprise et envisagez votre activité de manière transversale. Votre dynamisme, votre sens de l'investissement, votre ténacité et votre capacité d'organisation sont complétés par une excellente communication à tous niveaux.
Vous êtes leader et vous renforcez notre position en France, un des marchés européens de taille pour notre groupe Dorel.
