Altrad is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage Level 2 programmes in Primavera, working closely with clients and supply chain partners to review programmes and identify areas for improvement.
- Review programme elements of scope documents, ensuring compliance with NEC4 requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to review programmes, update progress, and forecast remaining works.
- Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Support the re-baseline of the Level 2 programme, managing baseline changes and developing 'what-if' scenarios as required.
- Report to various stakeholders, both internally and externally, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge and experience of major projects containing integrated schedules.
- Substantial experience of planning services in medium to large-sized projects within the construction industry and regulated industries.
- Good understanding of planning techniques, relevant planning toolsets, and contract documents.
- Strong communication skills, including writing reports and presenting to stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
