Job Description

We are seeking a Prestige Real Estate Negotiator to join our professional and international team. As a successful business professional with a strong relational portfolio, you will be responsible for listing, valuing, and selling/renting real estate, both residential and commercial.

You will execute marketing activities in assigned areas, organize property visits, and support buyers and sellers throughout the sale/rental process. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competition, establish and maintain a network of contacts, and register properties and activities in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Listing, valuation, and sale/rental of real estate
  2. Execution of marketing activities in assigned areas
  3. Organizing property visits and supporting buyers and sellers
  4. Analysis of market trends and competition
  5. Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts
  6. Registering properties and activities in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Mastery of commercial techniques
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with a second language a plus
  • Listening skills and attention to detail
  • Rigor and work methodology
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility
  • Good presentation and discretion
  • Mastery of Windows tools and the Office Pack
  • Knowledge of the French Riviera market
