Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Prestige Real Estate Negotiator to join our professional and international team. As a successful business professional with a strong relational portfolio, you will be responsible for listing, valuing, and selling/renting real estate, both residential and commercial.
You will execute marketing activities in assigned areas, organize property visits, and support buyers and sellers throughout the sale/rental process. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competition, establish and maintain a network of contacts, and register properties and activities in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities- Listing, valuation, and sale/rental of real estate
- Execution of marketing activities in assigned areas
- Organizing property visits and supporting buyers and sellers
- Analysis of market trends and competition
- Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts
- Registering properties and activities in our CRM system
- Mastery of commercial techniques
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with a second language a plus
- Listening skills and attention to detail
- Rigor and work methodology
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Good presentation and discretion
- Mastery of Windows tools and the Office Pack
- Knowledge of the French Riviera market
