Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Groupe Casino. As a Sales Associate - Charcuterie Department, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales growth in our charcuterie department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in daily store operations and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Manage and maintain the charcuterie department, including ordering and stocking products, rotating inventory, and ensuring a visually appealing display.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
