Job Description

Thales Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT and Business Alignment team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's enterprise architecture strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the definition of the annual budget for the IT department.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in the architecture of the company's solutions and services.
  • Define the global strategy for solutions and services aligned with business needs.
  • Orient and validate architecture choices during their update cycle.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on projects that impact the architecture.
  • Foster and animate teams of experts and solution teams on transversal topics.
  • Present the architecture strategy to all stakeholders and ensure their support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture work (Business, Solutions, and/or Infrastructure).
  • Experience in high-level architecture definition for a domain and/or strategic guidelines.
  • Competencies in modeling using a standard type (UML, BPMN), data modeling and analysis, and/or architecture modeling (Archimate).
  • Significant experience in enterprise architecture with the ability to have a end-to-end vision.
  • Implementation of solutions in a multi-organizational framework (PLM, ERP, project management tool) would be highly appreciated.
  • Experience in data architecture and/or implementation of migration projects to the cloud and/or service-oriented architecture would be a plus.
