Medical Device Sales and Market Development Manager

About the Role:
ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales and Market Development Manager to join our team in Paris, France. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for the company within a designated geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the assigned region.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and utilize findings to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, including expansion into untapped markets, new customer segments, and strategic partnerships, to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Product Promotion and Education: Plan and execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and educational events to increase awareness and adoption of the company's medical devices among healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with customers and distributors to ensure profitability, compliance with company policies, and customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all sales activities, documentation, and interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales and market development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Management of clinical sales team – an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
