Sales Administration Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales Administration team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of sales administration processes, including debt recovery and invoicing. Key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales Administration team to achieve sales administration goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve debt recovery and invoicing processes
- Monitor and analyze sales administration performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Additional Information

Skills & Knowledge :
Accounting basis
Understanding of invoicing process and tax management
Some knowledge of EDI INVOIC system
Comfortable with project Management (EDI project, major change at customer impacting invoicing system etc...)
Ideally knowledge of automotive environment (Sales Adminsitration of OEM)
Ideally knowledge of INFOR LN system (if not any other ERP)
