Job Summary

Hays France is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technico-Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence in the construction industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with the sales team and other departments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business development initiatives
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CRM software
